Refund Policy
This page explains how Dragon Refuge handles refunds for digital assets, custom development work, and related services.
Digital Assets
Because digital products can be downloaded, duplicated, or integrated immediately, sales of assets are generally final once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
If a product page states different refund terms, that specific listing takes precedence for that purchase.
Technical Problems
If a purchased asset is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described, please contact us with your order details and a short description of the problem.
When an issue can be confirmed and cannot be reasonably fixed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Custom Development and Support Work
Custom development, technical support, and other service-based work are handled by written scope and milestone agreement.
Refunds for custom work are not automatic and depend on the stage of delivery, work already completed, and any terms agreed to in writing before the project began.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled before work begins, we may refund any amount not yet committed to scheduling, setup, or reserved production time.
If work has already started, we may retain payment for time already spent, deliverables already produced, or non-recoverable project allocation.

If you believe a refund or corrective action is appropriate, contact Dragon Refuge with the purchase or project details and enough context for review.
We prefer to resolve issues directly and clearly before chargebacks or payment disputes are opened.
